Monica Aryitey

Co-Pastor, Faith Fellowship Ministries Int.

Monica Aryitey is the First Lady and Co-Pastor of Faith Fellowship Ministries Int. located in Worcester, MA.

The second of four children, Monica was brought up in a Christian home where her parents instilled in their children the love of God and the importance of serving in the house of God. As such, she grew up delighting in all things church.

In Faith Fellowship, she heads the women’s ministry, Women of Faith, spearheading women’s retreats and annual women’s conferences attended by women from local churches and beyond.

Her passion is to empower women and to see them—irrespective of their ages, backgrounds or education levels —succeed in their calling, whether in ministry or in the secular world. She firmly believes that women are as important as men in God’s Kingdom and in the secular world and must therefore always seek to make significant contributions wherever they find themselves. This belief of hers is rooted in her upbringing, as her father never saw her gender as a limiting attribute. He always encouraged her to dream big and to never see anything as being impossible for her. She yearns for young girls and young women see themselves in the same light.

Although she has always been involved in ministry, whether in singing, teaching children and teens, or doing whatever was needed, being this deeply involved was not always part of her plan. Co-pastoring Faith Fellowship, however, has been a most rewarding journey next to raising her children: Joseph, Jude and Faith. In her free time, she likes to write, read or just spend time with her family.

She holds a bachelor and master’s degrees in law. She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2002, the New York State Bar in 2009, and the Massachusetts Bar in 2016.
