Healthy Eating and Active Living Coordinator, Resourceful Communities
Jasmine Stammes is a Healthy Eating and Active Living Coordinator for North Carolina based program Resourceful Communities. She is also an ACE-certified Health Coach. In her role as Healthy Eating and Active Living Coordinator, Jasmine helps small non-profit organizations develop programs to improve the health and well-being of their communities. From helping develop nutrition-based programs to helping fund walking groups, she believes that healthy individuals are the building blocks to creating healthy and vibrant communities.
Jasmine holds a BA in Human Geography from Dartmouth College and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Before joining the Resourceful Communities program, Jasmine worked at the University of North Carolina Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention.
