Eric Torkornoo

Eric K. Torkonoo is a Vice President of TD Bank NA.  He’s worked with the bank for the last 15 years in different capacities having evolved from retail banking to commercial and industrial underwriting and origination. His current role for the last decade or so is that of Relationship Manager and Originator in commercial and industrial banking

He is passionate, resourceful, and determined to help businesses grow, primarily by developing lending and banking portfolio for new and existing clients by providing advice on complicated lending structures. Eric maintains a close relationship with the Small Business Development Center at Clark University to assist and help finance unique start-up ventures.

 A very community driven and focused person, Eric volunteers his time to community organizations as a means of giving back and demonstrating appreciation and commitment to the community of Worcester.  He has served as director and incorporator on various advisory boards and continues to do so.  These include Accion USA Boston Chapter (Micro lending New England Region), Better Business Bureau Worcester County Chapter, Preservation Worcester, Mass Audubon Worcester, American Red Cross, United Way Worcester, Central Mass Chamber of Commerce, Education Foundation Board of Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Worcester community Foundation, Worcester Professional Diversity Round Table and Worcester Research Bureau.  Furthermore, he mentors young minority international students from Africa, assisting them in their transitioning process.

Eric is married with two children.‎ He lives and work in Worcester. When he is not working or serving the community, he enjoys entertaining family, golfing with friends, attending jazz & classical concerts and international traveling.‎

He earned his business administration degree from Babson College.
